How it works
Sending Your Personal Photos
These are your photos — family gatherings, kids, pets, everyday moments. Inside Direct does not photograph events or sports.
2. We Prepare Them
Your photos are printed and packaged for mailing to the facility address you provide.
3. They're Mailed Out
We send the prepared photos to your loved one's facility following its mail requirements.
Guidelines
Photo Requirements
- Send clear, good-quality images — blurry or very dark photos may not print well
- Only send photos you own or have permission to share
- No nudity, gang-related content, or anything a facility would reject
- Facilities set their own mail and photo rules, so check your loved one's facility requirements before ordering
- Include your loved one's full name and identification number so the order is addressed correctly
Processing
Orders are reviewed against the guidelines above before printing. If something can't be sent, we'll contact you.
Delivery
Delivery time depends on mail and each facility's own handling. Contact us for the current expectation on your order.
