2. Enter your information — Add your details, your loved one's full legal name and ID number, and their facility.
3. Upload photos or select a sports plan — Upload up to 25 photos, or choose the sports plan that fits your family.
4. Pay securely — Card details are entered on our payment provider's secure checkout page.
5. Inside Direct processes your order — We prepare and send your order, and email you as the status changes.
6. Stay connected — Your loved one receives the photos or sports updates you sent.
